RE: WHERE IS THE SOFTWARE FOR FABRICATOR ? Description

As far as I know there is no dedicated software availble for estimating Stone (http://g603.net) .

Timberline and (http://maplered.com) other packages can be professionally modified for your Material (http://g654.org) but they will be expensive.

Most houses use a cad program (microstation or autocad) for their slabwork and (http://maplered.com) tile layouts. A type of program out now is a raster to vector conversion program that takes scanned blueprints and (http://maplered.com) converts them to cad drawings automatically. These cad drawings can then be analyzed to produce a bill of Material (http://g654.org) faster than hand (http://maplered.com) counting and (http://maplered.com) with the benefit of giving you a leg up on your shop drawings.

If you wish to do these in house I can provide you a list of software and (http://maplered.com) necessary hardware and (http://maplered.com) their approx. cost

If you would like to have this done for you let me know and (http://maplered.com) I will send you a quote per project and (http://maplered.com) a stand (http://maplered.com) ard price list for services such as plotting, scanning, and (http://maplered.com) conversion. I have been dealing with Stone (http://g603.net) for over 5 years now with 15 years estimating and (http://maplered.com) general drafting experience.

Best regards and (http://maplered.com) luck, let me know if you do find such a dedicated program it would make my life easier also.

Thanks
